Boulangere potatoes are sliced very thinly (I used the food processor) and cooked in the oven in stock, so they are very healthy! You can find the recipe here http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/vegetables-recipes/boulang-re-potatoes I didn’t have any sage, so I left it out!
