I mixed together half wholemeal pasta and half white pasta and cooked them together until ‘al dente’
Whilst that was boiling I melted half a pack of Philadelphia cream cheese and some grated Cheddar cheese with a drained tin of tuna in brine; adding in some seasoning.
After draining the pasta I mixed the sauce with the pasta, adding some more grated cheese on the top and baking in the Aga for 25 minutes at the top of the top oven.
Yummy, comfort food! Super speedy, too! Enjoy!
