I wanted to make a variation of Rice Krispie cakes and couldn’t find the perfect recipe!
So I took
3 cups of freshly made popcorn
3 cups of puffed rice
3 cups of Rice Krispies
In a pan I melted together a 7oz jar of Marshmallow Fluff, 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup Nutella and 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
I mixed the melted ingredients in with the dry ingredients, so they were all combined. I firmly pressed the mixture into a rectangular baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and then chilled it in the fridge for 30 mins.
