Red peppers with capers
Deep fried squid
Salsa, Aioli and Anchoiade
For the red peppers with capers I cheated by taking a jar of already roasted red peppers and sliced them, gently fried them with olive oil and a tablespoon of capers. If I had more time I would have roasted them in the oven myself!
I used shop bought Aioli (garlic mayonnaise) for the squid; but I made the Anchoïade (an anchovy dip which was really scrummy!) http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/anchoiadewithcrudite_83883
