This one isn’t kid’s play – but oh boy it’s worth the preparation and marinading! It’s fabulous! I did halve the amount of meat for 4 and added more vegetables! The meat was SO tender and amazingly tasty!

I was really dubious about toasting the flour in the oven and adding it to the reduced wine to make a lump free sauce! It was AMAZING and worked perfectly! I’ll definitely try it again (even though it smelled vile! Don’t be put off!)
The end result – served with garlic mash! Five stars out of five!
